It can be hard to imagine Stopping Smoking - for good !But here are some recent comments made by people who came to me for help with that very problem ...It is TWO years today since I stopped smoking ! I know that I couldn't have done it without you and yet when I left after the second visit I wasn't convinced it had 'worked'. I can't believe now that I ever smoked, yet I did for 42 years. Thank you so much. SM Christmas Day without a cigarette ? Great ! JH Breathing greatly improved. Went to my brother's Stag Do and didn't crave once, amazing ! Feel more in control. AG I drove 180 miles today & would previously have smoked about 5 cigarettes. The journey was absolutely fine without smoking. Whilst I thought about it once or twice I didn't have any cravings or desire to smoke. JH Still going strong, have had no urges to smoke. I do feel now that I have become more powerful than a cigarette so I am really pleased. ES Thank you for your help Ken, I've finally done it. CS Don't I smell nice ! What a great decision. No more long detours to buy cigs. Feeling great. Thanks so much for helping me give up, I really feel like I can breath again ! LW Had my hair done today and it still smells lovely ! Sleeping better, feeling calmer. Proud of myself ! AS Your ability to stop smoking permanently depends upon a number of very important factors. Question 1 : Am I physically addicted ? If you really can stop smoking by using willpower alone, you are one of the lucky ones. If not, then you have a physical addiction to nicotine which is why your previous attempts to stop smoking have created withdrawal symptoms. Part of the method that you choose to help you stop smoking must work on this physical level. Question 2 : Am I psychologically addicted ? If you reach for a cigarette with a cup of tea or coffee, if you light up after a meal, or if you smoke more when you are socialising or drinking the answer is YES. Part of the method that you choose to help you stop smoking must address this psychological habit. If you answered YES to questions 1 & 2, you now know that to permanently stop smoking you need to address both the habit and the addiction ! You are not alone, tens of thousands of smokers are right there with you Question 3 : Do I want to stop smoking ? The question is not can I stop smoking, but do I want to stop smoking ? Uppermost in your mind must be the desire – that is, you want to stop smoking, or you have at least one very good reason to stop smoking. If the answer to this question is NO, then the timing is not yet right for you ! If the answer to this question is YES, then you are already half way there, and I can show you how to ‘make the switch’ from smoker to happy ex-smoker. The method that you use to stop smoking will also have a significant impact on your success. If you fall into both the physical and the psychological categories then you need a method that tackles both categories with equal power. Anything less is like chopping the head off a weed but leaving the root to grow back. During my research I have come across many different therapies to stop smoking that claimed to have very high success rates. The truth is often very different. However I came across a brand new approach to stop smoking, which not only used the most powerful hypnosis techniques, and the more up to date NLP techniques, but also incorporated a unique behaviour modification programme. This unique stop smoking method is known as the EasyStop Programme. It can only be practiced by appropriately trained and qualified smoking cessation specialists. The EasyStop Programme involves 2 sessions, held 7 days apart. Each session lasts an hour, and between the sessions you follow a simple 7-day behaviour modification programme that changes the way that you smoke in half a dozen different ways. This prepares you for the final 1hr session and makes it so much easier for you to make that final step ... and STOP FOR GOOD ! This unique programme deals with both the habit and the addiction, which is why it is so successful. It also comes with a unique 12 month support package to help you to stay stopped for good ! Have a look at www.easystop.co.uk for further information and to discover whether this is the right way for you to stop for good. So if you want to STOP SMOKING FOR GOOD ... and join thousands of other delighted ex-smokers who have used the EasyStop programme to do just that ... |
